DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped from our New York office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only, except holidays. Please allow fifteen (15) business days for U.S. delivery and thirty (30) days or more for International delivery. Please note that Magnum photographers are traveling constantly and occasionally we are unable to get the books signed in a timely manner. In case of a serious delay, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The orders placed through Magnum Store will be shipped from Magnum Photos New York office. Shipping is through UPS or USPS and will be calculated automatically at checkout. For shipping information on international orders, please see below.

SALES TAX / CUSTOMS DUTIES

New York customers will be charged sales tax based upon their delivery zip code.

International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country's customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATES

The Magnum Store allows purchases to be made in US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, and British Pound. Exchange rates are updated daily, Monday through Friday, at 10am Eastern Standard Time, and are subject to fluctuation. Any items returned will be refunded in same currency as the original purchase and at the same exchange rate of the date of purchase.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If a shipping package or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately: store@magnumphotos.com. Claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of the item within 30 days of receipt. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Clothing that has been worn or washed may not be returned.

In the event of an exchange please contact the Magnum Store at +212.929.6000 or by email at store@magnumphotos.com for a Return Authorization Number. Once the return is approved please repackage and send the merchandise to:

In addition to insuring your return, we strongly recommend that the order be sent with Delivery Confirmation. Should Magnum Store not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. If the purchase is made in a currency other than US Dollar a refund will be based on the daily rate of the date of purchase. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to send any requested items.

Items that are returned to our warehouse as non-deliverable by USPS or UPS or returned after 3 delivery attempts will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will attempt to honor all international orders. The following restrictions and charges will apply:

• Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and should arrive in 3-4 weeks. The adequate shipping charge will be estimated at the time of checkout.
• The customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes.
• Refused shipments will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
• We may request that proof of identification and credit card ownership be faxed or e-mailed.
