Shipping origins & Destinations

We ship orders from both the United States and France. Orders dispatched from the U.S. are shipped both domestically and internationally. Orders fulfilled from France are shipped within France and across Europe.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Shipping time depends on the service selected when an order is placed. Please note delivery times provided are always listed according to once an order is shipped, and not when an order is made.

Standard shipping from the U.S. to addresses within the contiguous United States typically takes 2–4 business days. If USPS Media Mail is selected, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

For orders shipping from France, UPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days for both domestic and international shipments, depending on the selected service. Colissimo delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days within France and 3–5 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Square Prints

The Magnum Shop promises to ship your Square Print(s) as quickly as possible. Prints are made throughout the sale and signed by our photographers around the world or stamped by their estates.

If you have unframed Square Print(s), we will ship all orders by June 6th , 2026. 

Framed Square Prints take a bit more time to produce as all frames are handmade, we will ship all framed orders by June 26th, 2026. After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Magnum. Once your order ships, you will receive another email which will include your order’s tracking information.

At the moment there is no postal service to Russia and Belarus.

Once your Square Print(s) ship, we will send a shipping notification to you with a tracking number. We will use the email that was used to place the order. Shipping time will depend on where you live. Please note, customs vary country-to-country, and can delay your shipment. For additional information on customs, please consult customs information.

What shipping method do you use?

Shop orders that are sent from the U.S. :

Delivery for orders in the contiguous U.S. depends on the shipping method selected. Please note the delivery times provided are always according to when an order is shipped, and not when an order is made.

  • USPS Priority Mail (only within the U.S.)
  • USPS Media Mail (only for books within the U.S.)
  • FedEx 2Day Express
  • FedEx International Priority

We reserve the right to use a different shipping service when we deem it appropriate.

International orders sent from the U.S. typically take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders might not update once the package leaves the U.S., but the order is still on its way. If an order is sent via United States Postal Service, it is passed to the local courier service once it reaches its country of destination

  • UPS Standard
  • Colissimo

Square Print Orders:

  • USPS
  • RoyalMail (only orders which ship within the UK)
  • Deutsche Post (only orders which ship within Germany)
  • DHL Express

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the destination country and size of order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. Please note, orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Europe are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you ship internationally?
