Featuring 30 prints and spanning two decades,Traversées, meaning crossings, not only conveys the photographer’s geographical passages, but his attention to what permeates the human experience, to the ever-evolving passage of time.

Magnum Gallery is delighted to present an online exhibition of Constantine Manos' work. Grounded in a three-year journey through the Greek countryside, his early photographs capture a serene, timeless way of life steeped in tradition and rural simplicity. In vivid contrast, his dynamic images of American public life offer a kaleidoscopic view of modern culture. Together, these bodies of work showcase Manos' talent for isolating specific, uncategorizable moments that exist purely for their own beauty and visual intrigue.
