Description

Robert Francis ‘Bobby’ Kennedy, was one of the most loved politicians in American history. Considered an icon of American liberalism, he served as the campaign manager for his brother John F. Kennedy on his successful presidential campaign, and was his close advisor during his presidency. Some of Bobby Kennedy’s most notable achievements during his time working in the White House include his advocacy for the African-American Civil Rights Movement and his fight against corruption and organized crime. He is pictured here campaigning in a small town in Indiana in 1968.
